In a three-part workshop series titled ‘Fit for the Future’, shift supervisors, team leaders and colleagues from various areas of our plant in Hessisch Lichtenau, Germany, worked together to establish a new mindset:
- Seeing change as an opportunity
- Taking responsibility
- Driving continuous improvement – together
The focus was on:
- a shared vision for MEHLER’s future
- the role of leadership during transformation
- the courage to try new things
Thanks to the openness, commitment and strong input by our colleagues, this process has real momentum – we are excited for what’s next!
