We are proud to announce that we are finally able to manufacture the stretch fabric product range completely in-house.
The required texturing, assembling and twisting machines as well as a special testing device were purchased last year and installed in our Portuguese plant. As planned, the first fabric samples and then complete sample bales were delivered to customers in the second half of 2021. The first approvals for series production have now been granted.
This complete vertical integration enables us to cover the following production steps for stretch fabrics independently:
- Texturing, assembling and twisting
- Weaving
- Tumbling
- Equip
- Quality control & packaging
The highly elastic stretch fabrics are mainly used in drive belts and industrial hoses.
