As a kick-off for our corporate health management and in cooperation with a local health insurance company, we organized a ‘Hand Strength Challenge’ at our location in Hessisch Lichtenau. Hand strength is considered an important indicator of physical health, as insufficient hand strength can lead to issues like herniated discs.
The strongest hands at MEHLER (both male and female) were rewarded with a fuel voucher.
Building on this, we will hold our first Health Day in Hessisch Lichtenau in October, offering various check-ups such as back checks and lung function tests.
