We warmly welcome Mr. Simon Porn to our team!
On January 2, 2023, Mr. Porn took up his position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) Europe at MEHLER.
In his role, Mr. Porn is responsible for the European production plants (Hessisch Lichtenau / Germany, Hlinsko / Czech Republic, Landim / Portugal) and heads the Global Quality, Global Engineering and Global Continuous Improvement departments (quality, engineering and continuous improvement on a global level).
Mr. Porn has extensive knowledge and many years of experience in the areas of continuous improvement, project management, corporate development, operational management and the development of corporate cultures and organizations.
One of his first tasks will be to initiate a holistic global and forward-looking initiative to continuously improve the corporate culture.
He will work closely with his colleague Mr. Marko Tschürtz, MEHLER’s COO Overseas.
